Every new factory account gets 14 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial and no payment details are needed to start.
Cancellation
A factory can stop its subscription at any time from the Payments tab or by writing to support@silailink.com. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. There is no auto-debit, so nothing further is charged.
Refunds
Subscription fees are for the period you chose and are not refunded once that period has started.
If you were charged twice for the same period, or a payment was deducted but the plan was not activated, we refund the duplicate or failed charge in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of confirming it.
AI token packs are prepaid and non-refundable; unused tokens carry forward while the account is active.
The service fee on verified work is invoiced for work actually recorded; an entry the factory disputes within the dispute window is not billed.
Delivery of the service
SilaiLink is a digital service. Access to the plan you paid for is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Nothing is shipped physically.
