Service fee: 3.5% of the verified wage value recorded through the platform (worker-days and piece lots), invoiced to the factory with the monthly subscription. It is never deducted from a worker's wage.
AI token packs: reading buyer tech packs with AI uses tokens, bought as prepaid packs. Unused tokens carry forward; tokens are not refundable.

How you pay

By UPI, card or net-banking through our payment partner, or by bank transfer. Access is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no auto-debit; each renewal is a payment you make.
