SilaiLink is workforce software for garment and home-textile factories in India. It gives a factory one place to post work, bring verified workers to the gate, mark attendance with QR codes and badges, record quality piece by piece, keep a rupee-to-rupee wage ledger, and produce the compliance data an employer needs. Workers use a free mobile app to find work, see their verified earnings and receive payment from the factory directly.
What SilaiLink is — and is not
SilaiLink is a technology service provider. The factory is the employer; a labour contractor (thekedar) is the immediate employer of the people he brings. SilaiLink is never the employer and never the wage payer.
Wages move directly from the factory to the worker's own bank account or UPI. SilaiLink records the payment; it does not hold or route wages.
SilaiLink charges factories a monthly subscription and, on the paid plans, a small service fee on verified work recorded through the platform. Workers never pay.
